又來利用吃不完的花生醬大變身,這次做擠花餅乾,檸檬覺得吃起來比上次做的壓模餅乾好吃,擠花餅乾因為還油量較高,吃起來口感比較酥鬆,而且我還在配方中多添加了奶粉,多了奶香味,感覺順口多了~
配方: 花生醬50g , 奶油110g , 糖粉55g , 全蛋30g ,低粉75g ,高粉75g ,奶粉15g

將奶油.糖粉打發後加入花生醬打勻

分次加入蛋液拌打

所有粉類過篩後攪勻

混合均勻就好,不需要拌打太久

將麵糊裝入擠花袋中

擠花完成後,入烤箱170度C烤10~15分左右
